Warranty and repairs

Chassis, Conversion Kits, Scope Mounts, Muzzle Brakes, Magazines

Tinck Arms warrants to the initial retail purchaser that for three (3) years from the date of purchase, your Tinck Arms product (depending on product, may be including the chassis, conversion kits, scope mounts, muzzle brakes and magazines) will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material.

• This warranty is null and void if the firearm has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), fired with hand loaded, reloaded or improper ammunition, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the manual accompanying the firearm, or if unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, has been performed on the firearm. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.
• Tinck Arms is not responsible for any required BATFE taxes or fees.
• Warranty does not cover third-party products. Third-party product warranties must be pursued directly through the product manufacturer.
• Product registration must be completed online by the original owner within 30 days of the purchase date in order to make a claim under this warranty. In the event of an incomplete registration, the owner must provide proof of purchase in the form of a Dealer Invoice.

NFA Items

Any NFA item (I.E. Short-Barreled Rifle or Machine Gun) to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of its corresponding Form 3, 4, 5, or 9. The Form must be packaged inside the box with the NFA item. If the proper form is not included, the product will be returned to sender.

Soft Goods

Tinck Arms warrants its slings, soft cases and operator kits to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. During the warranty period, Tinck Arms (at our option) replace or refund the purchase price of any defective part or product covered by this warranty when it is returned by the original owner with proof of purchase and accompanied with a Return Authorization number/label. The replacement/refund will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges. -If a valid claim is made within the warranty period and is shipped to the Tinck Arms service center, the product will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) free of charge.

• To make a claim, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by emailing [email protected]. Claims must be made directly through Tinck Arms, not your local dealer.
• The cost of shipping to Tinck Arms is the responsibility of the customer. Tinck Arms will cover the cost of ground shipping back to the customer if it is a valid warranty claim. Customer is responsible for any expedited shipping charges.
• In no event shall Tinck Arms be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this warranty.

WARRANTY IS VALID WORLDWIDE

• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product and packaging has been opened, damaged or used, the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may be rejected. The return must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not eligible for returns are custom configured products, used products, all clothing items, special orders, and items sold “as is” or “used”. If you wish to exchange the unused, uninstalled, and unopened items, you will receive a full refund or credit to your account for the returned products. The account credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward future purchases. It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Tinck Inženiring d.o.o. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note that the most of the carriers will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.

IMPORTANT: Any addition to your Tinck Arms firearm (kit) of aftermarket accessories (such as suppressors, triggers, muzzle devices, stocks, etc.) is considered a modification of your firearm from its original configuration, which may void your warranty. We are unable to adapt each firearm for every variable effect that might occur when you install a third-party manufacturer’s accessory on a Tinck Arms firearm. Therefore, Tinck Arms disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damage caused to you and/or your firearm as a result of aftermarket accessory use. If an aftermarket accessory causes damage to you and/or your firearm, please address your concerns with the accessory manufacturer.
